Rather than writing about AI infrastructure and messaging compliance from the outside, she's run go-to-market directly for Telnyx's inference products and its trust-focused messaging and voice capabilities. That means she's seen firsthand what makes a technical launch land with customers and what doesn't. She's based in Chicago and holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame.
