Activating inbound Caller ID name can be done with the click of the mouse. Simply select the icon next to your number and check the “Enable Caller ID Name” box. To enable outbound CNAM listing, you can input the display name you would like and check the “Enable CNAM Listing” box.
Need to setup Caller ID Override? No problem – all you need to do is select the advanced options for the connection that you’re trying to set the override for, input the number you’d like displayed and click update.

By default, we will proactively monitor the latency from your endpoints to each of our network access points to determine where your media should be anchored. This ensures that your traffic is routed to our closest point of presence (PoP) so that your voice packets get off the public Internet and onto our private network as fast as possible.
In case of emergency situations, know that Telnyx has your back when it comes to activating your E911. You can easily attach your business address to any number, so you will be sure that responders know where to go whenever an emergency call comes in.
Our portal allows immediate registration – all you have to do is click on the E911 icon next to your number. Review and accept the terms & conditions afterward, and you will be prompted to input your name and address. One you submit, your location will be readily available in a simple dropdown, so you don’t have to manually key in the address every time you register a number for E911.
