Integrated with Microsoft 365, it provides secure cloud storage with document scanning, photo backup, and file sharing capabilities for both personal and business use. ### What moves between the agent and OneDrive A Telnyx voice AI agent can search, list, and retrieve files from OneDrive through API tool calls during a phone conversation.
