Part of Microsoft 365, it's one of the most widely used email and calendar platforms for business communication and scheduling. ### What moves between the agent and Outlook A Telnyx voice AI agent can read, send, and manage emails and calendar events in Outlook through API tool calls during a phone conversation. When a caller asks about their schedule, the agent can retrieve upcoming calendar events, check availability for a time slot, and book or reschedule meetings directly in Outlook. For email workflows, the agent can search the inbox by sender, subject, or keyword, read back email summaries, and draft new emails with content captured from the conversation.
