It provides booking, retailing, and distribution solutions for airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and corporate travel buyers, connecting suppliers and travelers across the world. ### What moves between the agent and Sabre A Telnyx voice AI agent can search, book, and manage travel through Sabre's APIs during a phone conversation. When a caller asks to book a flight, the agent can search Sabre for available itineraries by origin, destination, date, and cabin class, then read back the options and complete a booking once the caller confirms. The agent can retrieve existing reservations (PNRs) by record locator, read back itinerary details, and make modifications such as adding seats, changing flight times, or canceling segments. For hotel bookings, the agent can search availability by city and date range, present options, and create reservations directly in Sabre. For travel agents calling in, the agent can queue PNRs, check fare rules, validate ticketing deadlines, and provide real-time schedule and availability information - turning a phone call into a full-service travel booking and management session powered by Sabre's distribution platform.
