Terms and Conditions
The Telnyx Cyber Monday, Get Paid to Port Promotion will commence at 12:00am (CST) on 30th November 2022 and end at 11:59pm (CST) on 31st December 2022 (the "Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, customers that have or enter into a committed revenue contract with Telnyx of not less than $1,000 per month for a twelve month term ("Eligible Customers") will receive a $1 credit per inbound port successfully initiated by an Eligible Customer during the Promotional Period (each $1 credit, a "Credit"), up to 1,000 Credits. A Credit will be applied to such Eligible Customer’s account within 60 days of port completion. Any existing or pending port requests cannot be canceled and resubmitted during the Promotional Period. Credit(s) are not transferable and do not count towards any minimum revenue commitment. A Credit may only be applied against future invoices and to amounts in excess of any minimum revenue commitment. Telnyx reserves the right to modify this promotion at any time.
