# Arabic TTS with tashkeel support in NaturalHD voices

## Overview

Telnyx NaturalHD voices now generate accurate Arabic speech directly from unvowelled script, improving pronunciation and rhythm without requiring tashkeel marks.

## What’s new

* **Automatic vowel inference:** Reads standard Arabic text without diacritics.
* **Improved prosody:** Handles natural pauses and stress in Gulf Arabic.
* **Voice set update:** `haqq`, `qadir`, `layla`, `shams`, and `sakina` now available for Arabic Voice AI agents.
* **Backward compatibility:** Still accepts tashkeel input for explicit pronunciation control.
