# Telnyx: New Zone-Based Wireless Billing

### 10, Feb 2020

Zone Based Billing is a data plan for Telnyx Wireless that allows you to get billed a data rate based on the location in which you’re using the SIM card. This is activated through the creation of a SIM Group in Mission Control. You can also edit existing SIM Groups to have Zone Based Billing.

### Billing Rates

There are 4 different rates that correspond to a zone:

Choosing Zone Based Billing will incur a charge of $30 per month per SIM Group.
