Customer Success Manager Shreya Chaudhury works closely with Telnyx customers to help them achieve their goals. What do you do at Telnyx?
I handle the post-sale process, including building customer relationships, driving adoption, renewals, upsells and preventing churn. In addition, I get the chance to take on projects of interest, vet new services and implement tooling that benefits the organization.
What excites you about what you’re doing?
Telnyx is revolutionizing the communications space, and I get to be part of this journey. I work alongside talented people, and we share a common drive for success.
Why did you decide to join Telnyx?
Customer Success was a fairly new squad within the organization, and it was a great opportunity to contribute and help shape this team to make a significant impact at Telnyx. We’re in a tremendous growth phase, and it's an exciting time to be part of this chapter.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, you can find me at the gym. I host a class called “Shred by Shrey,” where my friends join me to do a circuit class. And because it’s my friends, these classes are the best therapy! If I’m not at the gym, I’m probably on my way to a food coma.
