Telnyx opens Sydney office, expanding our team to support APAC Voice AI growth

We’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Sydney! This milestone reflects our commitment to growing a strong local team that will work hand-in-hand with enterprises across Asia-Pacific. With a dedicated presence in Martin Place, Sydney, we can better support customers in one of the fastest-growing markets for communications technology, while continuing to deliver the low-latency Voice AI experiences powered by our global infrastructure.

Why Australia matters for Voice AI

Voice AI adoption is accelerating worldwide, and Australia is no different. From banking to healthcare to retail, enterprises are turning to automation to scale customer experiences without losing the human touch. But the technology only succeeds if conversations feel natural. Telnyx already operates a Point of Presence (PoP) in Sydney as part of our global network, ensuring that enterprises in the region have access to high-quality, real-time voice. With this office launch, we’re going further: building out a local team of sales and customer success specialists who can provide the expertise and support needed to unlock the potential of Voice AI in APAC.
