01 — THE WORK

Infrastructure, not glue code.

Most of the industry rents its network, rents its GPUs and stitches the seams with software. We took the other path: a private IP network, our own compute in the racks beside the media plane, and carrier licences in 45+ countries. The work here is the work underneath everyone else's product.

That shapes the jobs. Engineers run systems that carry live calls, not tickets about them. Sales sells something the customer cannot assemble from parts. Operations keeps a global carrier running around the clock.

The stack is ours.So the problems are too.
