For a company where every lead represents a significant investment, speed and efficiency in lead engagement are critical.

The traditional phone workflow relied on manual dialing and handoffs between automated systems and human reps. These split-second delays often caused potential customers to hang up — sometimes before a rep could even respond — leading to drop-off rates as high as 5–7% in some cases.

Solution: Real-Time AI Engagement with Whisper Transfer

Since implementing the 2X Voice AI and Whisper Transfer system, Lear Capital has seen significant performance gains across their outbound sales process:

  • +8% increase in lead contact rate equating to 190 additional leads reached per month and $66,000 in previously wasted lead spend recovered.
  • Drop-off rate cut from 3.7% to less than 0.025%, effectively eliminating lost transfers and hang-ups.
