Time to Upgrade — Partner Promotion Overview

The Time to Upgrade - Partner Promotion (the “Partner Promotion”) is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

The Partner Promotion runs now through 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 31, 2026.

Who Can Participate

Eligible participants include only US Telnyx Agents and Partners with an active agreement in place. See more details below.

How You Earn

-$100 Gift Card for every qualified lead submitted which must meet Telnyx’s Channel Management criteria.

-1Ă— SPIFF multiplier added on top of any existing SPIFFs for every qualified lead that closes.

-No maximum payout applies on commissions or bonuses; however, Telnyx may audit unusually large amounts and withhold or adjust payments for any discrepancies or non-compliance.

Deal Requirements

-All deals must be net-new orders attributed to the Partner’s registered Telnyx Partner ID.

-Must include a minimum 2-year contract term.

-Customer must be credit-approved, fully activated, actively billing, current, and compliant.

The grand prize: A Rolex Submariner

One (1) Rolex watch valued up to $25,000.00 USD, with Telnyx able to substitute a comparable watch if unavailable.

How to Win

The Partner who closes the highest verified total deal value (MRR Ă— contract term) during the Partner Promotion period wins.

Minimum Threshold

Partners must close at least $100,000.00 USD in total deal value to qualify for the Grand Prize.

Tie-breaker

If Partners tie at the top, Telnyx Channel Management will conduct a blind draw.

Confirmed after May 31, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

I. General Rules & Eligibility

  • Partner Promotion period begins now through 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 31, 2026.
  • Eligible participants include only Telnyx agents and partners (hereinafter “Agent” or “Partner,” including their plural forms, and collectively “Partners”) who are approved by Telnyx, in its sole discretion, who have an active agreement in place, and who are based in the United States. This includes Agents operating under an authorized Technology Services Distributor (“TSD”) agreement. Telnyx reserves the right to determine eligibility at any time.
  • Qualifying deals must be net-new orders submitted under the Partner’s Telnyx Partner ID during the Partner Promotion period.
  • Lead Bonus: $100 gift card per qualified lead which must meet Telnyx’s Channel Management criteria).
  • SPIFF Bonus: Additional 1Ă— SPIFF on any Qualified Lead that closes, subject to Telnyx verification.
  • No maximum payout applies on commissions or bonuses; however, Telnyx may audit unusually large amounts and withhold or adjust payments for any discrepancies or non-compliance.
  • All deals must include a minimum 2-year term.
  • To receive any payment, customers must be credit-approved, fully activated and billing, current on all invoices, and compliant with all applicable contract terms.

II. Grand Prize: Rolex Watch

  • The Grand Prize is one (1) Rolex watch (His or Hers) valued up to $25,000.00 USD and is based on MSRP at the time of procurement. Telnyx may substitute a comparable watch of equal value if the specified model is unavailable.
  • The winner is the Partner with the highest total net-new Closed Deal Value (MRR Ă— term) during the Partner Promotion period, subject to Telnyx verification.
  • Partners must close at least $100,000.00 USD in total net-new deal value to qualify.
  • In the event of a tie, Telnyx Channel Management will conduct a blind draw, and its decision will be final.
  • The winner will be confirmed after May 31, 2026.

III. Payment & Tax Liability

  • 1Ă— SPIFF is paid within 30 days after the customer’s first full month of billing.
  • Chargebacks may apply if a customer cancels early, downgrades, or becomes delinquent. Amounts may be deducted from future commissions or invoiced if needed.
  • A valid W9 is required for all payments and prizes. Partners are solely responsible for all taxes, including tax on the grand prize, Rolex, value.

IV. Additional Rules

  • Telnyx reserves the right to verify eligibility, audit deals, resolve disputes, and disqualify any Partner for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of Partner Promotion rules. All Telnyx decisions are final.
  • No pooling or sharing of deals under a single Partner ID across Partner entities is permitted. Each Partner must earn credit solely from opportunities submitted under its own Partner ID.
  • Telnyx may use the winner’s name, likeness, company name, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Telnyx may amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time and continued participation in the Partner Promotion constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
  • Additional terms may apply to this Partner Promotion and will be provided by Telnyx as necessary.
