We’re enhancing our TeXML Call Queuing Feature

Today we’re enhancing our queuing feature for TeXML by enabling users to add new calls to the queue as part of our Voice API.

Users can use the command to add the call to an existing queue. The resulting calls will wait on hold until they are dequeued by another caller or removed from the queue via a REST request or the verb.

If a queue does not already exist, a queue is created on-demand and can be modified using the REST API. You can set up the new feature by following the guide on our developer site.
