SIM Card Status Change Webhook Notifications

You can now send webhooks to your applications to notify them when one of your SIM cards changes status. This adds more visibility into your SIM behavior, so your applications can know when any of your SIMs are enabled, disabled, or on standby. This functionality is especially useful in knowing when one of your standby SIMs has been activated via usage-based activation.
