Step 1: Log in to the Mission Control Portal

1. Go to https://portal.telnyx.com/
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click Sign In

Sign up for a free Telnyx account if you don’t have one already. You can register with your email address, or with your Google, Facebook, or GitHub account.

Step 2: Create a porting request

1. Click Real-Time Communications on the left sidebar navigation
2. Select Numbers
3. Select Port Numbers
4. Click the black New Port Request button
5. Add the number with the country code to “Check Numbers Portability” box.
6. Paste your numbers separated by either commas or line breaks. Numbers outside of North America must be pasted in E.164 format.
7. Click “Check Portability”

Your number portability results will be displayed below the input field.
