In our continuous efforts to enhance security measures and protect our valued customers, we’re thrilled to announce the release of our latest feature: Port-Out PIN Protection.

Port-Out PIN Protection is a robust security feature that adds an extra level of protection to your account. It acts as a safeguard against unauthorized porting out of your phone number to another service provider without your consent.
By enabling this feature, you significantly reduce the risk of identity theft, SIM swapping attacks, and fraudulent attempts to gain control over your phone number.
When you enable Port-Out PIN Protection, you’re required to set up a unique PIN associated with your account. This PIN will serve as an additional authentication step whenever a port-out request is initiated. If an unauthorized attempt to transfer your number is made, the port-out process will be blocked unless the correct PIN is provided.

SIM swapping is a technique fraudsters use to gain control of your phone number. With Port-Out PIN Protection enabled, even if someone manages to obtain your personal information, they won't be able to port out your number without the correct PIN.
