Previous Telecom experience:
After spending time working on communications research at MIT, Odhran joined Telnyx in 2019 as a Business Operations and Pricing specialist. Since joining the company, he's worked on refining internal pricing workflows, improving the user experience of our products, and illustrating how we're solving the biggest problems in telecoms as a Product Marketing Manager.
Education and Background:
Originally from Ireland, Odhran studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University College Cork. After completing a research internship at UCC's Tyndall National Institute, he took some time off to travel the world before diving back into academia at the University of Notre Dame. At Notre Dame, Odhran completed a Masters in Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship in the ESTEEM Graduate Program.
Interesting Facts about Odhran:
- Outside of the telecoms world, Odhran has done some work on medical electronics, including brain-controlled miniature robotic carts, non-invasive medical diagnostic devices, and surgical robotics.
- Odhran is an avid backpacker and has travelled across the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
