Telnyx Expands Emergency Services to the UK

Telnyx customers in the UK will now have the ability to add emergency services to select local DIDs. For just $1.50 a month pre number, you can add emergency services to your UK numbers.
How do I add emergency services?
You’ll be able to enable emergency services on your local numbers in just a few steps. These can be done through either your Mission Control Portal or via API:
- Purchase a UK DID.
- Select the ambulance under the My Numbers tab.
- Provide Telnyx with the local address for the number.
Once Telnyx has the address, it will take local regulators about 48 hours for emergency to be live on the number.
