The challenge of delivering global unified communications

AudioCodes provides their multinational customers with a seamless, fully cloud-based communications solution that doesn’t require on-premises equipment or local carrier contracts. To support their service, they needed a voice and number provider that could offer extensive global coverage, support critical services—like emergency calling and international number porting—and ensure regulatory compliance across various countries.

AudioCodes also wanted a solution that could help them act like a local carrier and allow them to manage everything autonomously without relying on third parties for service activation.

The partnership with Telnyx

AudioCodes could quickly integrate with Telnyx APIs, enabling them to deploy services immediately, and allowing AudioCodes to start selling and managing services almost instantly. The seamless integration, coupled with the self-service capabilities of the Telnyx Mission Control Portal, eliminated delays in serving customers.

Since the integration, the Telnyx and AudioCodes teams have continued to work together closely, with meetings every week to ensure that services run smoothly and that there is minimal disruption to AudioCodes customers.

“We have weekly meeting porting issues and new requirements from customers,” says Ishay, “Telnyx has been extremely responsive and prepared to help us with adding new customers. This is what sets Telnyx apart from other providers”.
