Release notes
Telnyx has introduced a new Editor for Voice AI Assistant workflows, offering a visual, click-and-add way to design complex call flows directly in the Mission Control Portal.
Telnyx has released a new Outbound Declined Calls Dashboard that surfaces 603 and 608 SIP response trends, helping teams protect caller reputation and improve outbound call performance.
We’re excited to announce a new integration between Telnyx Voice AI Agents and Sabre, a leading software and technology provider for the global travel industry.
We're continuing to grow where it counts. Telnyx has officially added local outbound voice capabilities in Kuwait, Ukraine, and Russia bringing our total coverage to 84 countries with 2-way voice. This update expands opportunities for businesses looking to build localized voice experiences across more markets without the complexity of managing multiple carriers or infrastructure partners.
Telnyx now hosts Deepgram’s Flux Conversational Speech Recognition model inside its global network. Running Flux at the edge eliminates public cloud hops, enabling sub-second transcription and faster AI responses. The model detects end-of-turns in ~260 ms, supports barge-in, and simplifies voice agent design with unified transcription and turn detection. Available now in Mission Control and the Telnyx Voice AI API.
We’ve simplified and accelerated speech recognition for AI Assistants by enabling native Azure Speech-to-Text (STT) support, no customer API key required.
