What one lookup can return

Request only the data sets you want and pay per dip, not per field. Responses return in milliseconds over REST.

  • Carrier and line type

    The network currently serving the number, porting included, plus line type: mobile, landline, VoIP, toll free, and more. Know what the number can do before you send, and flag VoIP and other high-risk types at signup.

  • Portability (LRN)

    Whether the number has moved carriers, and when. The LRN identifies the serving switch for routing, so you know who services the number today, not who originally issued it. North American numbers.

  • Caller name (CNAM)

    The registered caller ID name for US numbers. Show who's calling before anyone picks up, even a first-time caller.

  • Enhanced Caller Name

    A caller name with broader coverage than standard CNAM, on the same request. US numbers.

  • Caller Identity

    The name and postal address behind the number, with a confidence score from 50 to 90. US and Canadian numbers.

  • E.164 format & MCC/MNC

    Every response normalizes to E.164 for consistent processing. Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC) identify the carrier behind mobile numbers worldwide.

    VoIP and virtual numbers drive fake signups and SMS pumping. Screen line type at signup, then compare the identity a customer submitted with the name behind their number. A mismatch is a reason to step up verification, it does not prove identity on its own.
