Telnyx builds and operates its own network, GPUs and edge compute as a licensed carrier. Small teams, real infrastructure, and problems you cannot rent your way out of.
Where our offices are
01 — THE WORK
Most of the industry rents its network, rents its GPUs and stitches the seams with software. We took the other path: a private IP network, our own compute in the racks beside the media plane, and carrier licences in 45+ countries. The work here is the work underneath everyone else's product.
That shapes the jobs. Engineers run systems that carry live calls, not tickets about them. Sales sells something the customer cannot assemble from parts. Operations keeps a global carrier running around the clock.
The stack is ours.So the problems are too.
02 — HOW WE WORK
We work in small teams with short paths to production, and we use our own products daily. Leadership expects experimentation rather than tolerating it, including with the AI tools that are changing every one of these jobs.
“I like the freedom of trying new things. Our leadership gives us space to step back from the usual tasks and test AI tools that might reshape how we work.”

Andy Muns
Director of AEO, Telnyx
“The freedom at Telnyx is real. I work with cross-functional teams across the globe, in an amazing culture with no bureaucracy in the day to day. You're trusted to make the call, and you own the product you ship.”

Amr Gewaily
SWE, Telnyx
03 — THE DEAL
Denver and San Francisco in the US, Dublin and Amsterdam in Europe, Sydney in APAC, Dubai in MENA. Some roles are remote, some are hybrid, some are in an office; every listing says which up front.
Unlimited personal time off, treated as a policy rather than a dare. Recharged people run better infrastructure.
Competitive perks and benefits based on where you live, including healthcare coverage in Ireland, the UK and the US, and 401(k) matching for US employees.
04 — OPEN ROLES
Every role links straight to the application, no portal in between. Work setup is in the listing: remote, hybrid or office based.

The board changes weekly, and we are always looking for people who should be on it.
