Pricing is flat-rate per tier. Your entire monthly volume is billed at the rate for the tier you fall into.

A billable email is one successfully accepted by the Telnyx MTA for delivery to a single recipient. Emails rejected at the API level are not billed. An email sent to 3 recipients counts as 3 billable events.
