Each row is a line on your invoice. Nothing is bundled into another primitive's rate and nothing turns on unless you call it.

Pay-as-you-go rates

Pricing is flat-rate per tier and applies to outbound email only. Inbound email is free. Your entire monthly outbound volume is billed at the rate for the tier you fall into. A billable email is an outbound email successfully accepted by the Telnyx MTA for delivery to a single recipient. Emails rejected at the API level are not billed. An email sent to 3 recipients counts as 3 billable events.
