Abandoned calls chart shows the percentage of outbound calls dropped by the originator before the call is answered. Abandoned calls are outbound calls dropped by the originator before being answered
The chart is available now in the Mission Control Portal analytics dashboard for immediate inspection and is auto populated from your outbound call logs with no additional setup required.
Note, this is not available for managed accounts.
A single, visible abandoned percentage makes it faster to detect anomalies, prioritize investigations, and take corrective actions.
