Summary

New noise suppression settings are now available at the connection level for IP, FQDN, and Credential SIP connections. Customers can configure advanced AI-powered noise suppression engines and fine-tune attenuation levels directly from the Mission Control Portal or via the API.

What’s New

Bi-directional Noise Suppression

Apply noise suppression selectively to:

  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Both directions
  • Disabled

Multiple Engine Options

Choose from 2 noise suppression engines, including:

  • Denoiser (default)
  • Deep Filter Net

Adjustable Attenuation

Fine-tune noise suppression intensity using an attenuation limit:

  • Range: 0–100 (in steps of 10)

Affected Connection Types

The new noise suppression controls are available for:

  • IP Connections
  • FQDN Connections
  • Credential Connections

How to Configure (Mission Control Portal)

  1. Navigate to your SIP Connection in the Mission Control Portal
  2. Open Connection Settings
  3. Locate Noise Suppression
  4. Select the desired direction (Inbound, Outbound, Both, or Disabled)
  5. Choose a noise suppression engine from the dropdown
  6. Adjust the attenuation limit slider as needed
