Today we’re launching Telnyx Growth Plans, a new pricing and account management option built for scaling companies that want predictable spend and built-in savings. By opting in, customers unlock exclusive discounts and benefits that grow alongside their usage.

What’s included in the Growth Plans:

Automatic Discounts

Receive an 8% discount on Voice, Messaging, and Numbers. Additional volume discounts apply automatically as your usage grows.

Managed Accounts

Gain access to the Managed Accounts feature, allowing central control of billing, funding, permissions, and monitoring across multiple sub-accounts.

Plan Terms & Conditions

By opting into the Growth Plan, customers agree to the following:

• Minimum Monthly Commitment: Participation in the plan requires maintaining a $1,000 minimum monthly spend on your Telnyx Mission Control Portal account.
• Quarterly Billing & Balance Requirement: Maintain account funds equal to three months of your commitment at the start of each quarter.
• Opt-Out Policy: You may opt out at any time by contacting Telnyx Support, with at least one week’s notice before your next quarterly payment.

How to get started

1. Log in to the Mission Control Portal
2. Navigate to Manage billing → Pricing → Pricing Plans to view and opt in to the Growth Plan.
3. Ensure your account maintains the required quarterly balance to activate discounts immediately.
