Effective March 24, 2025, newly created Level 1 (L1) accounts will only be able to order local phone numbers only within their account’s country of origin. This update is part of our ongoing commitment to preventing fraudulent activity and enhancing platform security.
Accounts created before March 24, 2025 – No changes or restrictions
L1 accounts created on or after March 24, 2025 – Can only order local phone numbers in their country of origin.
L2 accounts– No ordering restrictions, regardless of account creation date.
Sub Users – Ordering permissions are based on their organization owner’s account signup date and verification status.
Managed Accounts– Restrictions depend on the individual managed account’s signup date and verification status.
