Ask Your Data: Natural Language Reporting Now in Mission Control

Getting custom views of your Telnyx usage data has traditionally required navigating pre-built reports, exporting CSVs, and manual analysis. When you need a quick answer ("What was my daily wireless spend last week?"), the friction slows you down.

What's new

On-Demand Reports brings natural language querying to the Mission Control Portal. Describe the chart or breakdown you need in plain English, and the system generates it from your usage data using AI.

Instead of clicking through menus and configuring filters, simply ask:

• "Daily wireless spend for the last 10 days"
• "Number of messages by direction as a pie chart"
• "Weekly total calls in February"

The system interprets your request and returns the visualization instantly.

• Eliminates reporting friction: Get answers in seconds, not minutes of navigation
• Reduces dependency on exports: No more downloading CSVs for simple analyses
• Surfaces insights conversationally: Ask follow-up questions to refine your view
• Supports flexible visualizations: Request specific chart types, date ranges, and groupings

Current scope: On-Demand Reports queries your v2 Usage Report data, limited to one product per request. Multi-product reporting within a single query is not yet supported. It's designed for operational intelligence, not general knowledge queries.
