Capacity ceilings and rising prices were squeezing everyone in the high-volume calling market, and every provider seemed locked in the same race. Ensurity Group needed a communications platform that could break the tradeoff.

"We needed maximum call capacity," said Moe Flores, CEO of Ensurity Group. "In this market, where the capacity ceiling and the rising pricing were so constant, everybody was racing. Telnyx really gave us both the scale and the pricing that our operation needed."

That combination matters more to Ensurity Group than most. The Texas-based firm helps B2B companies sell differently, pairing CRM, contact center, and communications technology with hands-on integration and training. When your product is your clients' ability to reach their customers, call capacity is the whole business.

A learning curve cut short

The implementation felt complex at first. Flores has since revised that assessment.

"Now I understand that maybe I say complex because, at the time, the right word was that we weren't experienced enough," he said. "It wasn't complex at all once we knew the platform."

What changed was less the technology than the backup behind it. Telnyx engineers stayed close through configuration and rollout, which compressed the ramp from months of trial and error into a straightforward build.

"The technical support at Telnyx is always there to help us configure and implement everything that we need," Flores said. "That gave us a big edge and cut the learning curve. The hands-on support made the difference and got us running smoothly."

From 15 million calls to 20 million

The clearest measure of what came next is volume.

"We've done up to 15 to 18 million calls within a year," Flores said. "I think we've moved up to 20 million calls."

That growth ran on more than raw minutes. Ensurity Group started with voice over IP telephony, then adopted SIP Trunking to add and scale capacity on demand instead of provisioning against a fixed ceiling. As outbound operations matured, the team layered in the Number Lookup API to validate numbers and route calls more intelligently.

"That really gave us a lot of benefit, and that's what got us to this point," Flores said.

The roadmap now points toward Voice AI Agents, where Flores sees the same formula holding.

"Now we're looking forward to integrating the new AI tools and scaling those features," he said. "If we've got the right pricing and Telnyx has got the right support, I think we're going to keep elevating the mark."

The everyday details that keep 14 companies onboard

Ask the Ensurity Group team what stands out day to day, and the answers are less about headline features than about friction that never appears.

"People highlight how easy it is to communicate with the operations team, whether it's via live chat or you pick up the phone," Flores said.

Pricing comes up just as often, and it carries extra weight in Ensurity Group's model because the company passes its communications costs through to clients without a markup. Competitive per-call rates go straight to the customer's bottom line. Add a consistent flow of information and monitoring tools the team runs daily, and the pattern holds.

"Telnyx makes it so easy," Flores said.

The strongest proof may be how widely Ensurity Group has deployed the platform across its own portfolio.

"We are consumers at a very high level, not only through one of our companies," Flores said. "We have about 14 companies, and we promulgate the service throughout the companies."

An endorsement earned in-house

Flores doesn't recommend a product to clients until his own companies have lived on it, so his endorsement starts with the part of the platform that most vendors treat as a burden.

"One thing that I really love is the strict security protocol," he said. "That can be challenging for some companies, but the protocols translate to a wide range of benefits and protection that really saves you money."

His closing argument goes back to where the partnership started.

"The ongoing technical support, without a doubt, is one of the greatest added values that we have here," Flores said.
