What moves between the agent and Gong

A Telnyx voice AI agent connected to Gong can retrieve deal intelligence, conversation insights, and account summaries to inform sales conversations in real time. When a rep or stakeholder calls about a specific deal, the agent pulls up Gong's analysis of past interactions, sentiment trends, and engagement patterns.

The agent can log call outcomes and notes from phone interactions into Gong for analysis, ensuring that voice conversations contribute to the same revenue intelligence pool as recorded video calls. It can search for historical deal patterns and objection patterns to coach callers through difficult conversations.

The agent can also update deal stages and forecast data based on what was discussed during the call, and trigger Gong workflows - like alerts to account executives when a call reveals expansion risk or a new decision-maker entering the picture.
